VITAMIN C

  • In our body, vitamin C is the chelating substance that holds the cells together.

  • When insulin production is too little or too much, vitamin C will not be available in the system; it will not be assembled. Insulin and vitamin C need each other.

  • Injected insulin does not make vitamin C available to the system; injected insulin is a concentrated salt that the body stores in the tissue like other salt. When withdrawal or detoxification takes place, the “stored” insulin will be released and a drop in sugar can cause serious reactions within the body.

  • Vitamin C is the electricity that holds our cells together.

  • Any time there is a calcium deficiency a vitamin C deficiency will follow, which is the beginning of a loss of reserve energy, which is the beginning of illness.

  • Vitamin C performs the opposite role of vitamin D. As a food supplement it helps to lower the pH by decreasing the resistance and increasing the speed of the electron. Vitamin C is not recommended when either pH or both is less than 6.40. Rarely will vitamin C and vitamin D be required at the same time.

  • The body generates cholesterol to repair cracks in brittle blood vessel walls that result from mineral and vitamin deficiencies, especially vitamin C deficiency.

  • The albumen reading is the first number that indicates a vitamin C deficiency. When cells are wearing out too fast then vitamin C is being lost.

  • A perfect vitamin C content in blood should be 4500 PPM.

  • Vitamin B-15 and vitamin B-17 help the body store vitamin C.

  • Onions are the richest source of vitamin C that Dr. Reams found. Onion soup is used if the body pH is less than 6.40. The soup is made fresh each time of use. Recipe: One pound of white onions or green onions chopped into 1 or 2 cups of distilled water, seasoned with vegetable broth powder or herbs.

  • Whenever there is advanced vitamin C deficiency, the eyeball will have many bloated vessels and most of the eye chart numbers will be recorded.

  • A pinch of soda added to citrus juices will neutralize the acid and make the vitamin C available immediately.

  • Adding ginger powder to a hot bath increases vitamin C.
