NOTES:
( § )
Sometimes called "zones", but not by Reams.
( * )
either no value or no separate value specified.
(  †  )
Jesse only addresses Debris as a theoretical "balanced number".
(
 ∫  ) Page 44 of Martin's "Nutripathy" refers to normal "M" evaluation, but his chart uses  "1, 2, 3, 4, 5" and I have been unable to find a cross-reference.
(
◊  ) Means implied, but the original Reams formula has no "Total Urea".
ARM = Alphabetical Reference Manual: Reams lecture notes transcribed by Stanley & Gertrude Gardner
C.H.E.M. = Christian Health Education Ministry
The "Mystery chart" appears to be a thinly disguised copy of Dr. Manthei's work.
Special note: the original Reams formula only allows decimal points in the Carbohydrate, Debris, and pH positions.  I realize there are "impossible" values listed in this comparison chart (such as a Brix reading of .09 or  pH readings of 1, 5.45, 14 and even a Salts reading of  4.9).  A first inclination was to round these off responsibly, but I later decided the odd values probably arose from the individual author trying to draw mathematical lines in the sand.  Hopefully, the individual authors will round properly and notify me to make the changes here.  It should be noted that this document is not meant to cause any teacher distress.  It was prepared so that various teachers could compare their ranges with ranges as determined by others and make modifications as desired.  Any teacher forwarding changes will find them quietly and efficiently posted.
This comparison chart compiled by Rex Harrill and last edited 02/10/2007.   If you have a range chart by a different teacher, please forward it so I can add the values.
