QUESTION:
I am not feeling as well as I would like and I'm thinking of trying the RBTI methods.  Does the RBTI have a recommended diet?

ANSWER: If you mean a one size fits all diet, the answer is, well, yes and no.  While any individual's diet is by necessity going to be arranged around their individual RBTI numbers, there are some general guidelines.

If you are looking for a diet that will allow you to continue doing all the things that got you in trouble in the first place, you won't find it here.  However, if you are finally prepared to change things around so that you can get that zing back into your body and soul, you have found a place to start your journey.

A cornerstone of the Reams plan is the systematic drinking of distilled water and lemon water in conjunction with your dietary plan.  Here are a few of the known benefits:

  • Proper water drinking facilitates the removal of worn-out cells.
  • Proper water drinking restores the hydration needed for mineral absorption.
  • Proper water drinking removes the salts and excess urea (nitrate and ammonia) that can lead to heart attacks.
  • Proper water drinking sets the stage for efficient digestion of your foods.

Michael Olszta, a RBTI teacher and consultant from New Hampshire, has worked many years to perfect the RBTI dietary rules in his Daily Guidelines Booklet.  While he shares the material freely as his gift to the world of RBTI, he still makes revisions from time to time.  For that reason he has found it best to have people who would like a copy contact him directly so he can be sure they get the very latest version.
